About the Course:
Mrs. P. V. Padmaja with the support and guidance of Dr. P. V. Lakshmaiah started Dr. Lakshmaiah’s IAS study circle (DLSC) in 2004, to provide quality and affordable civil services coaching to talented youngsters from difficult socio-economic background. Over period of time, it has established itself as reputed institute and market leader. The success rate of DLSC is one of the highest in the country. We are also the best institute for Anthropology and have produced the state level as well as national level toppers in the Anthropology optional. Dr. P. V. Lakshmaiah is the man behind the success of the anthropology students. He has co-authored more than 20 books on Anthropology under Telugu Academy, Govt. of AP.
Under the BA with civil services program we provide history, economics and political science as the core BA subjects, with Osmania University affiliation. Coaching for civils services has been seamlessly blended into the program. Regular seminar, daily newspaper reading, News analysis, debates and discussions are an integral part of the course.

The admission to degree with civils is through an entrance exam and Personal interview. The date of the entrance exam will be notified in the leading national and regional dailies as per schedule. The examination centres are generally all over AP and Telangana.
