Course Eligibility
Age Limitation
– Age limitation of the applicants should be in between 18 years to 36 years
– And relaxation for the reserved category applicants will be given as follows:

| Retrenched temporary employees in the State Census Department with a minimum service of 6 months. | 3 Years |
| A.P. State Government Employees (Employees of APSEB, APSRTC, Corporations, Municipalities etc. are not eligible). | 5 Years based on the length of regular service |
| Ex-Service men | 3 years length of service rendered in the armed forces |
| N.C.C.(who have worked as Instructor in N.C.C.) | 3 Years length of service rendered in the N.C.C |
| SC/ST and BCs | 5 Years |
| PH | 10 Years |
Educational Qualification: aspirants should have possessed the educational qualification as follows:

| Executive Officer Grade-II in A.P. Endowments Sub-Service | A Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act, Provincial Act, a State Act or an Institution recognized by the U.G.C. or an equivalent qualification. Note: Candidates shall profess Hindu Religion under sub section (4) of Section 29 of the A.P.C. H.R.I. and Endowments Act 30/87. |
| Assistant Development Officer in A.P. Handlooms and Textiles Sub Service | A Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act, Provincial Act, a State Act or an Institution recognized by the U.G.C. or an equivalent qualification. (OR) Must posses a Diploma in Textile Technology or a Diploma in Handloom Technology issued by the A.P. State Board of Technical Education or an equivalent qualification. |

| Senior Accountant in A.P Treasuries Accounts Sub Service | 1) Must hold a Degree in Commerce or Economics or Mathematics of any University recognized by the U.G.C, Provided that a person who possess any Degree of any University in India shall also be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment on and from 25th June, 1979 AND Pass in any one of the following Certificate Course Examination conducted by the Board of Technical Education and Training, A.P., Hyderabad. (a) Office Automation (b) PC Maintenance and Trouble Shooting (c) Web designing OR 2) Must hold a Degree in B.C.A., orB.Sc.(Computers) or B.Com.(Computers) or B.A.,(Computers) or any equivalent examination or above.
